7. Position the cases side-by-side as shown in Figure 7-6.
8. Unplug the battery cable, W10, from the A5 system board at the location
indicated.
9. The front and rear cases are now completely separated.
10.Remove the blank side panel by lifting it from the groove in the front case.
If the FieldFox serial number is below xx4910xxxx, temporarily remove the
LCD shield and verify that two strips of adhesive tape are in place as
shown in Figure 7-15 on page 7-25. To remove the LCD shield, follow step
2a on page 7-22. If the two strips of adhesive tape are not in place, install
them by following step 2h on page 7-23.
