This chapter contains performance test procedures. The performance test
procedures allow you to verify that the multimeter is operating within its
published specifications.
Shock hazard. Only service-trained personnel who are aware of the hazards
involved should perform the procedures in this chapter. To avoid electrical
shock and personal injury, make sure to read and follow all test equipment
safety instructions.
Use only completely electrically insulated test lead sets with connectors that
prevent contact with test voltages.
