Operating Checklist
Before returning your multimeter to Keysight for service or repair check the
following items:
Is the multimeter inoperative?
4 Verify the power line voltage setting.
4 Verify the power line fuse is installed.
4 Verify that the power cord is connected to the multimeter and to AC line
power.
4 Verify the front panel power switch is depressed.

Is the multimeter’s current input inoperative?
4 Verify the current input fuse.
