Prepare column, align foot with threaded holes, and reposition if necessary.
Secure the foot to the column using M8 screws and flat washers in a diagonal tightening pattern.
Thread leveling glide into the designated holes at the ends of the foot.
Repeat the entire foot-to-column assembly process for the second leg.
Hold column assemblies upright and align worksurface support holes with column holes.
Secure worksurface support to columns using M8 screws in a diagonal tightening pattern.
Attach the second foot/column assembly to the worksurface support in the same manner.
Place table top upside down on a soft protective surface to prevent scratching.
Place worksurface support with columns onto the table top, aligning with pre-drilled holes.
Secure the table top to the worksurface support using #12 x 1" tapping screws.
Mount the keypad to the underside of the table top using #10 x 11/16" tapping screws.
Position and attach the control box to the underside of the table top using #12 x 1" screws.
If optional, install plastic wire trough using its double-sided tape between steel angles.
Center wire trough over supports or adjust based on table top depth (22-36 inches).
Align mounting holes and secure the wire trough using six #10 x 5/8" pan head screws.
Connect extension cables to leg cables, then to control box sockets (M1, M2).
Connect the keypad cable to the HS socket on the control box, ensuring proper alignment.
Use cable clamps and screws to secure column and keypad cables to the worksurface near the control box.
Carefully invert the table to its upright position with assistance, then adjust leveling glides.
Tuck loose cables into the open side of the plastic wire trough.
Insert the power cord into the socket on the control box.
Plug into AC outlet, press and hold up/down arrows for five seconds to zero the system.
Use keypad arrows to adjust table height, ensuring clear space around pinch areas.
