Connection
to
the Load
Input
Terminal
on the Front
Panel

The specifications of
the PLZ-U
are for the load input
terminal on the rear panel.
The
load input terminal on the front panel may
not satisfy the specifications.
•
The maximum input current of
the load input
terminal on the front
panel of each
unit is 30 A.

Do not touch the load
input terminal while the Pl_Z-U is turned ON, as it may
lead to electric shock.
In addition, be sure to use the binding post
cover.
The
load input terminals on
the front and rear panels are coupled
inside
the PLZ-U. A
voltage applied to one end will
appear
at
the other end.
Do not connect
equipment to the load input terminals on the
front and rear
panels
simultaneously, as it can cause damage.
There is a danger
of overheating. Attach a crimping terminal
to the wire
and
secure it using the
knob.
T Turn off the
POWER switch.

Check that
the output of the equipment under test
is off.

Connect the load
wire to the load input terminal on the
front panel.

procedure of the load wire, see Fig.
2-15.

Check the polarity
of the connection and connect
the load wire to the
output terminal
of the equipment under test.
