STEP 2
SUBFRAME PREPARATION:
Install the two caster wheels (item 1) to the wheel
support (item 2) as shown.
NOTE: If your vehicle is equipped with cat tracks,
do not install the chains now.
Install the two 3/16 x 32" chains (item 3) to the top of
the plate of the wheel support with a 3/8 x 1" bolt
(item 4) and a flat washer in the inside rear hole of the
wheel support.
Install three 3/8 x 3/4" bolts (item 5) in the other holes
and secure with the flange nuts.
Tighten firmly.
Install the subframe (item 2) to the wheel support
(item 1) with four 7/16 x 1" bolts (item 3), lock
washers and nuts.
Tighten the bolts firmly.
Install wheels and chains
Install the subframe to the wheel support
Install pivot support
Install the wheel support (item 1) to the snowblower’s
pivot support (item 2) with two 1" dia x 0.31" sleeves
(item 3) and two 1/2 x 1 1/2" bolts (item 4), flat wash-
ers, lock washers and nuts.
Tighten firmly.
