6. Why does my dash cam do not save the Date and Time that I set?
① Please confirm whether the battery can charge. If the battery damages, the dashcam can't
save the Date and Time.
② Please check whether the GPS time zone is in the location time zone. If not, it can't save the
Date and Time.
7. Why does my dash cam heat up?
It’s normal that the dash cam may heat up while using. It can still work normally because it can
bear a high temperature up to 60 degrees while working.
8. Why does my dash cam show “Slow Card” message or ask me to format the SD card?
① Please select the memory card according to the user manual, such as U3 memory card or
above.
② Please format the memory card in the setting of the computer or the dashcam.
