CHECKING RADIATOR HOSE
AND CLAMP
Check to ensure the radiator hoses are
free from damage and are tightened
properly every 200 hours or every 6
months, whichever comes first.
1. If the hose clamps are loose or wa-
ter leaks from hose, tighten clamps
securely.
2. If the radiator hoses are swollen,
hardened, cracked, or otherwise
damaged, you must replace the
hoses. Failure to do so could lead
to coolant loss and engine damage.
