HEAD LIGHT HIGH BEAM
LAMP
This lamp is On when the head light
switch is in the high beam position.

AIR FILTER WARNING LAMP
This lamp illuminates when the air fil-
ter is clogged by dust etc.

GLOW PLUG INDICATOR
This lamp indicates preheat cycle is
operating. The preheat cycle is con-
trolled by the temperature of the engine
coolant. If the coolant temperature is
low enough, the glow plugs are ener-
gized when the key is turned to the
"on” position, this being the case,
the GPI is illuminated on the dash for 8
seconds to allow ample time to heat
the engine. When the engine is started
or after 8 seconds, the light goes out.
