Check the trigger air gap

g. Throttle control system troubleshooting
1). Engine speed is too high or too low
Check AC output abnormal
Perform the generator troubleshooting
flowing the instruction of “No or Low AC
Replace the stepping motor
Replace the inverter unit
2). The engine speed does not increase when smart throttle is on and load is increased.
Check the AC output
→abnormal
Perform the generator troubleshooting
flowing the instruction of “No or Low AC
output”
Replace the stepping motor
Check the smart throttle switch
Replace the smart throttle switch
Check “Smart” switch connecting wire
Repair or replace the wire harness
Replace the inverter unit
h. Low AC output
Is the overload indicator light ON?
Disconnect the load, and restart the engine.
Is the engine speed normal?
Smart switch operation:
On: 2500±100rpm
→abnormal
Perform the throttle control system
troubleshooting
Stop engine and check the AC receptacle
Check the AC output connector
Check voltage selector switch(only for
double voltage selector output)
→abnormal
Replace selector switch
