Other basic settings
Enter setting menu to set the following options:
Warning tone
Mute or adjust the volume of the buzzer
: OFF
: medium (50%)
: standard (100%)
Status indicators
Activate or deactivate the status indicators
: OFF (all off)
: two (only 2 indicators on)
: ON (all on)
OSD
Display or hide the recording icons or information on the display screen
: OFF
: ON
Video content loop
You can activate or deactivate the loop recording function. If it’s set to ON, the video file will be automatically stored
in a segment of 15 minutes; If it’s set to OFF, the video file will be stored in a segment of 30 minutes.

Auto standby
The Edge HD30W is set to automatically enter standby mode if no operation (photo shooting, video recording or button
operation) is carried out in a certain amount of time. If any operation is carried out in the timing process, the timer will
be reset. In standby mode, press the video recording button/shutter button/stop button to awaken the camera.

TV output format
This setting is designed to ensure that the frame rate of video recording matches with the playback format of a TV.
• Please select NTSC in North America
• Please select PAL in non-North America areas
Recover factory settings
• This option allows all of the system settings to be restored to the original factory settings
• Once selected, the menu will be displayed in English and the time will be set as 01/01/2013 00:00
