  Insufficient refrigeration power in your KKT Chiller can stem from several causes: air in the water circuit, a water agitation quantity that has fallen below the minimum, inadequate fresh air supply to the condenser, or insufficient refrigerant in the circuit. To resolve this, vent the system, ensure the water pipe cross-section is correctly designed (potentially opening the check valve fully or increasing the pipe cross-section), ensure sufficient fresh air supply and removal (eliminating any short-circuit between fresh and exhaust air), and locate and seal any leaks before refilling the refrigerant circuit.

Another cause could be low pressure in the refrigerant circuit due to refrigerant leaks, which causes the pressure switch to shut down the compressor. Ensure adequate fresh air supply and eliminate any short-circuits between fresh air and exhaust air. Also, find and seal any refrigerant leaks before refilling the circuit.

  A persistent malfunction in your KKT refrigerating machine could be due to low pressure in the refrigerant circuit, possibly from a refrigerant leak, a dirty dryer in the liquid pipe, a defective pressure relief valve, or issues with the expansion valve. High pressure in the refrigerant circuit, caused by a dirty condenser, a defective fan, high outside temperature, a faulty pressure sensor for condenser control, or a defective frequency inverter, can also be the reason. Locate and seal any leaks, then refill the circuit. Replace the dryer, pressure relief valve, or expansion valve as needed. Clean the condenser, correct any electrical issues, check the fuses, spray the condenser with water, and replace the pressostat or frequency inverter if necessary.

Check the mains connection and asymmetry relay, inspect the sensor clamp and measure resistance, check the MMC-Card, the 24VDC power supply and fuses, check the fuse, data transfer cable, and overvoltage protection.

  If there is a puddle at the bottom of the KKT Chiller pump due to a leaking slide seal, it could be caused by air on top of the pump or dirt in the water circuit. Check the air vent on top of the pump and change the pump if necessary. Flush and clean the water circuit, then refill it with a new 35-38vol% water ethylene glycol mixture.
