To resolve this, vent the system, ensure the water pipe cross-section is correctly designed (potentially opening the check valve fully or increasing the pipe cross-section), ensure sufficient fresh air supply and removal (eliminating any short-circuit between fresh and exhaust air), and locate and seal any leaks before refilling the refrigerant circuit.
