WARNING
• Do not allow familiarity with the inator to cause carelessness. Remember that one careless
moment is enough to cause severe injury. Before attempting to use any tool, be sure to become
familiar with all of the operating features and safety instructions.
• Do not attempt to modify this tool or create accessories not recommended for use with this tool.
Any such alteration or modication is misuse and could result in a hazardous condition leading to
possible serious personal injury.

YOURSELF (OR OTHERS) WHEN ATTACHING
THE BATTERY PACK.

The On/Off Power Trigger with Locking Feature
(B) is hard-wired and works independently of
the battery pack – it can be pushed into the
On position (when not attached to the battery)
and this can cause the inator to run – blow air
through the Ination Port (C) as soon as it is
attached to the battery pack.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package
contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble
the product.
• Make sure that your inator’s battery adaptor is free of any residue or debris. A dirty 24 volt power
connection can cause the inator and battery to overheat. Overheating can cause damage to your
inator/battery and could cause bodily harm or injury. Disconnect battery when not in use.
• It is recommended that your Kobalt 24V Max Battery be fully charged to get the best performance
from your inator. If your battery is weak, the inator will not work at its maximum output level. See
Battery User’s Manual for charging and testing information.
• This inator is designed to inate rafts, air mattresses, beach toys and other high volume
inatables. Use Extra Caution if using to clean debris from workspaces. Do not aim at yourself,
others or pets.
• Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the item you are inating.
• Keep the inator away from ammable areas/liquids at all times.
• Do not operate the inator in wet or damp areas.
• Operate the inator only with the nozzles that are included.
• Do not leave the inator unattended while in operation.
• USE SAFETY GLASSES. Also use face or dust mask if operation is dusty.
• After using, turn off power and disconnect battery.
• Do not carry inator by the tethered nozzles as damage may occur.
• The inator is not a toy. Keep away from children at all times.
