NTRODUCTION
1.1 Foreword
We would like to thank you for the confidence you have placed in us by choosing the
pioneering energy technology produced by Michael Koch GmbH.
As a system provider, we set reliable standards in energy technology with our
innovative products. We aim for a sustainable corporate culture with our
environmental management certified to EMAS III and our quality managements to DIN
EN ISO 9001.
1.2 Environmental protection
Packaging We use environmentally friendly materials for our packaging which can be disposed
of via the local waste disposal system.
Equipment Michael Koch GmbH will take back faulty equipment or equipment which is no longer
in use.
