Troubleshooting
To prevent damage to the printer, do not pull abruptly on the
paper.
7. Use both hands to manually rewind the paper onto the roll.
Be careful not to damage or mark any rollers.
8. Cut off damaged or printed areas of the paper.
9. Look inside the printer and carefully remove any pieces of
paper.
10. Close the front of the printer.
11. Move the power switch to the On (
| ) position.
12. Open the Software Operator Control Panel (SOCP).
13. Click MENU until “Clear Slitter” appears.
14. Click ENTER.
15. Click ENTER to confirm “Clear Slitter?”.
16. Close the SOCP once “Complete” appears.
17. Open the front of the printer.
