Product does not turn on
The battery has been depleted.
The battery is installed incorrectly.
Charge the battery.

Blurred images
There is dirt on the lens or the lens cover. Clean with a clean, lint-free dry cloth.
Failed to connect Wi-Fi
Wrong password entered.
Please re-enter the password. If you have forgotten
the changed password, you can use the reset
function to restore the password (initial password:
12345678)
Slow Wi-Fi connection
There are too many programs running
simultaneously on the smart device.
Please close other unnecessary programs running
on the smart device.
Micro USB connection failure.
Choose the wrong USB connection mode
Conirm the USB connection mode set in the
menu. If there is need to read or save videos,
please select Mass Storage. If there is need to
serve as a video chat (Skype) camera, please select
Web Cam.
