Remove Inner Breather Assembly
1. Remove the screw securing the inner breather
cover and gasket to the crankcase.
2. Carefully remove the cover, gasket, and the
breather filter. See Figure 8-52. Make sure the
drain back hole is not plugged or restricted.

Remove Crankshaft
1. Carefully pull the cranksha from the crankcase.
See Figure 8-51.
Remove Flywheel and PTO End Oil Seals
1. Remove the oil seals from the crankcase and oil
pan. See Figure 8-53.
