Centrifugal oil filter -
paper filter

Replace the paper (sleeve) for sludge at each oil
change. Measure and record thickness of the sludge
accumulated on paper if above limits. Reduce lube oil
interval if the sludge accumulated is above limits.

Engine oil change

Oil Change Maximum Interval. Note : Replace Diesel
engine oil at least every 2 years. Final lube oil interval
depends on exchange interval factor according to
lube oil category and fuel sulfur rate. 0<fuel sulfur
rate<0.5%: the factor is 1 (no change on the lube oil
change interval). 0.5<fuel Sulfur rate<1%: the factor
is 1/2 (reduce by 2 times the lube oil change interval
and use only lube oil category 2 or 3). 1<fuel sulfur
rate <1.5%: requires additional approval. No oil Cate-
gory 1 in case of K175. (For more information see:
