3. Install the window fixing bracket:
• Using the one (1) remaining Type B screw, install the window fixing bracket to the
window frame.
• If installing the bracket into a wooden window, the fixing bracket should be attached to
the back of the window frame.
• If installing the bracket into a plastic or vinyl window, the fixing bracket should be
attached to the side of the window frame.
Completing Installation
1. Cut one non-adhesive window sealing strip into a length equal to the width of the window.
2. Once the strip has been cut to the proper length insert it between the upper window and the
glass. This will help prevent moisture from possibly entering the room.
3. Take the additional side curtain sealing material and cut two rectangular sections equal in
width to the distance between the outer case of the air conditioner and the window frame.
