PRECAUTIONS FOR MAINTENENCE
STOP ENGINE BEFORE CARRYING OUT INSPENTION AND MAINTENANCE
Stop the machine on firm, level ground.
Select a place where there is no hazard of falling rocks or
landslides, or of flooding if the land is low.
Lower the work equipment completely to the ground and stop
the engine.
After stopping the engine, operate the work equipment control
lever to the RAISE and LOWER positions 2 or 3 times to release
the pressure remaining in the hydraulic circuit, then set the
safety lock lever and Parking lever to LOCK position.
Put blocks under the track to prevent the machine from moving.
