Job Accounting menu
Notes:
• This menu appears on the Embedded Web Server only when Upgrade Kit 256MB User Flash (Option:UK-P01) is
installed.
• You can maintain the statistics on Job Account by using PageScope Account Manager. PageScope Account
Manager (charged) must be installed to be able to maintain the statistics on Job Account, and this machine must
be specified as the target device.
• We recommend that you set the administrator password on the Embedded Web Server if you are using the Job
Accounting menu.

Specify whether to record a received print job.
Note: Off is the factory default setting.
Accounting Log Frequency
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Specify the cycle to update the log file.
Notes:
• Monthly is the factory default setting.
• Weekly begins on Monday at 12:00 AM and ends on Sunday at 11:59
PM.
• Monthly begins at 12:00 AM on the first day of the month and ends at
11:59 PM on the last day of the month.

Specify how the printer operates at the end of the log file update cycle.
Note: None is the factory default setting.
Log Near Full Level

Specify the numeric value by which the printer judges that the log storage
area is reaching the upper limit.
Notes:
• 5 is the factory default setting.
• The upper limit of the log storage area is 50 MB.
