¡4 Multisound Mode

Functions in the multisound mode. * initial display for multisound mode,
there are three categories of functions available in
the multisound mode. 1> when multisound exists in wave memory.
A. The production of multisounds.
This lets you get sounds from disk and use them to
assemble a multisound in wave memory.
Only a single multisound can reside in wave memory
during this process.
B. Editing multisounds.
This lets you edit one multisound selected from
among those already residing in memory. The follow
ing kinds of editing are possible.
Adjustment of relative pitch, volume, and Fc
between sounds.
Assignment of sounds to the keyboard.
Sound start and sound length settings.
Loop on/off, loop start, loop length.
Loop waveform processing.
Sound data replacement.
2} When no multisound exists in wave memory.
* F1 through F9 can be used only if there is at least one
multisound in wave memory.
C. Saving and renaming multisounds.
You can rename and save to disk a multisound pro
duced in the sample mode, edit sample mode, create
waveform mode or multisound mode.
"5| Program Parameter Mode
M Functions of the program parameter mode
This writes the current tone color patch (parameter
settings) to program memory.
The current patch is in the program output buffer.
These parameter settings determine the tone color or
final sound. When we make changes in this mode,
we are affecting the data in this buffer. No change is
made in program memory until we write the data
from the buffer to the program memory.
