The Ex ia-approved device has the marking that follows:
• II 1 G Ex ia IIC T6...T1 Ga or II 2 G Ex ia IIC T6...T1 Gb
The Ex ia-approved device is suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres of all

mable substances in Gas Groups IIA, IIB and IIC. It is certified for applications requiring
EPL Ga or EPL Gb. It can be attached to the measuring chamber of a BM26A series bypass level
indicator that agrees with EPL Ga/Gb or EPL Gb, if the temperature limits are obeyed. For more
