3.9.12 Contacts lists
It is possible to program the users groups that will receive the communications (calls, SMS, e-mail,
etc.).
Description Give a name to the group of contacts (i.e. employees).
Options Select the type of communication to send for a particular list of contacts. It is
possible to make a multiple choice:
- Voice call: sends the voice call via GSM or PSTN.
- SMS: sends the SMS generated automatically by the control panel
- E-mail: sends the detailed email of the event.
- Contact-ID: sends a message via Contact-ID protocol.
- SIA IP: sends a message via SIA-IP protocol.
Contacts Select users (previously programmed) that will receive communications.
Contact-ID Select Contact-ID receivers (previously programmed) that will receive
communications.
SIA IP Select SIA IP receivers (previously programmed) that will receive
communications.
