Fan Belt Tension
1.
Press the fan belt between fan pulley and pulley at force of
10
kgf (98 N, 22 Ibs).
Check if the fan belt deflection is
10
to
12
mm (0.394 to 0.472
in.)
2. If the deflection is not within the factory specifications, adjust
with the tension pulley adjusting nut.

CAUTION
0
When removing the radiator cap, wait at least ten minutes
after the engine has stopped and cooled down. Otherwise,
hot water may gush out, scalding nearby people.
