1-5-5 Developing section
(1) Detaching and refitting the developing unit
Follow the procedure below to replace the developing unit.
Procedure
1. Open the front cover.
2. Remove the toner container and waste toner
box.
3. Remove the pin and turn the developing
release lever in the direction of the arrow.

4. Remove the developing unit.
5. Replace the developing unit and install the
unit.
6. Perform maintenance mode U130 (see
page 1-3-49).
