Why is my Lancer Dispenser leaking from various places?
    • D
      donaldwilsonSep 23, 2025
If you notice miscellaneous leakage from your Lancer Dispenser, tighten the appropriate retaining screws if there's a gap between parts. If the o-rings are damaged or improperly installed, replace or adjust them.

What to do if my lancer 4400 is dispensing syrup only with CO2 gas, but no water?
    • M
      Matthew WillisAug 25, 2025
If your Lancer Dispenser is dispensing only syrup with CO2 gas, but no water, first check for proper water flow to the dispenser. If the carbonator pump motor has timed out (a message will be displayed on the LCD screen), reset it by turning the unit OFF and then ON using the circuit breaker on the power supply or by momentarily unplugging the unit. Also, check the connections of the liquid level probe to the PCB assembly. If the issue persists, the PCB assembly or the liquid level probe may be defective and need replacement. A weak or defective carbonator pump can also cause this issue, so consider replacing the pump.

How to fix excessive foaming in my lancer 4400?
    • K
      Kaitlyn WarrenAug 26, 2025
If your Lancer Dispenser has excessive foaming, start by ensuring the ice bin is full and allowing the coldplate to re-stabilize. High incoming water or syrup temperature can also cause this; correct this issue prior to addressing the dispenser. High CO2 pressure can also be a culprit; adjust it downward, but not below 70 PSI. If the water flow rate is too high, readjust and reset the ratio. Also, make sure the nozzle and diffuser are clean. Lastly, check for and bleed any air from the BIB lines.
  • S
    Steven ZimmermanAug 27, 2025
Why does my lancer 4400 Dispenser have low or no carbonation?
    • D
      Denise JonesAug 27, 2025
If your Lancer Dispenser has low or no carbonation, check the CO2 supply and adjust the pressure to 70 PSI. Low water pressure can also cause this, and you might need a water booster kit. A worn or defective carbonator pump could be the problem, requiring replacement. Additionally, a backflow preventer not allowing water to flow should be replaced, ensuring correct flow direction. Finally, malfunctioning probe or PCB may require replacement.
  • M
    Martin BurtonAug 27, 2025
Why is there insufficient syrup flow in my Lancer Dispenser?
    • L
      lindakingAug 27, 2025
If your Lancer Dispenser has insufficient syrup flow, first adjust the CO2 pressure to the BIB pumps to 80 PSI (minimum 70 PSI), without exceeding the manufacturer’s recommendations. Then, ensure the shutoff on the mounting block is fully open. If the problem continues, the syrup flow control may have foreign debris; remove it from the valve and clean it. You may also have a defective BIB pump or a defective LFCV module, requiring replacement.

    Isaac LangSep 13, 2025
What to do if the push chute on my lancer 4400 Dispenser has no response?
    • E
      Eric ScottSep 13, 2025
If the push chute on your Lancer Dispenser has no response, first connect the dispenser to a power source. If that's not the issue, you may have a defective microswitch, which needs replacement. Ensure the wiring harness is plugged in. If problems persist, the PC board may be defective and need replacement, or the power supply may be malfunctioning, requiring you to check the voltage and fuses.

    Benjamin BergSep 12, 2025
Why is there no product when I activate the switch on my lancer 4400 Dispenser (switch panel is lit)?
    • G
      Geoffrey ChandlerSep 12, 2025
If there is no product when the switch is activated on your Lancer Dispenser and the switch panel is lit, ensure the keyswitch is on and/or reconnect the keyswitch harness. If the issue persists, you may have a malfunctioning switch assembly or LFCV module, requiring replacement.

    Wanda SilvaSep 12, 2025
Why is there no product when I activate the switch on my lancer 4400 Dispenser (switch panel is not lit)?
    • B
      brettfowlerSep 12, 2025
If there is no product when the switch is activated on your Lancer Dispenser and the switch panel is not lit, check the internal breaker and incoming power. Also, check the voltage to the power supply and check the fuses. If these are not the cause, you may have a malfunctioning switch assembly or PCB board, requiring replacement.
  • L
    Lauren GrahamSep 4, 2025
Why is the BIB pump operating, but there's no flow in my Lancer Dispenser?
    • W
      William BoydSep 4, 2025
If the BIB pump is operating but there is no flow in your Lancer Dispenser, check for a leak in the syrup inlet or outlet line and replace the line if necessary. If there are no leaks, the BIB pump may be defective and need replacement.
  • T
    Thomas LoganSep 2, 2025
Why is the circuit breaker tripping on my Lancer Dispenser?
    • K
      Kaitlyn AndersonSep 2, 2025
If the circuit breaker is tripping on your Lancer Dispenser, detect a short by disconnecting valve harnesses from the switch panel (4 25-pin harnesses and 4 9-pin harnesses), then restore power. If the breaker doesn't trip, find and replace the shorted harness. If it still trips, reinstall the 8 harnesses and disconnect the white 5-pin harness from the controller PCB, then restore power again. If the breaker doesn't trip, replace the controller PCB. If it continues to trip, reinstall the white 5-pin harness and locate the short from a motor or solenoid harness and replace it. If the breaker still trips, disconnect all harnesses connected to the power supply and restore power. If it continues to trip, replace the power supply.
