What to do if the BIB pump on my lancer DELTA III 9100 Dispenser does not operate when dispensing valve is opened?
    • P
      Patrick HarperSep 9, 2025
If the BIB pump on your Lancer Dispenser does not operate when the dispensing valve is opened, consider the following: * Check if you are out of CO2, CO2 is not turned on, or CO2 pressure is low. Replace the CO2 supply, turn on the CO2 supply, or adjust the CO2 pressure to 70-80 PSI. * Check if you are out of syrup. Replace the syrup supply. * The BIB connector might not be tight. Fasten the connector tightly. * There might be kinks in the syrup or gas lines. Straighten or replace the lines.

What to do if my Lancer Dispenser is not dispensing any product?
    • S
      smithjenniferAug 23, 2025
If your Lancer Dispenser isn't dispensing any product, it could be due to a few reasons: * Check if the electric current is reaching the electric valve. If the current is adequate, inspect the solenoid coil and switch, and replace if necessary. * Verify that the water or syrup supply is proper and adequate. Remove the valve from the mounting block, slightly open the shutoffs, and check the water and syrup supply. If there is no supply, check the dispenser for freeze-up or other problems. * The transformer might have failed. Reset the transformer circuit breaker.

What to do if the compressor on my lancer DELTA III 9100 does not start (no hum), but condenser fan motor runs?
    • V
      Victor MaxwellAug 26, 2025
If the compressor on your Lancer Dispenser isn't starting (no hum), but the condenser fan motor is running, consider the following: * The compressor relay or overload might be malfunctioning. Replace the compressor relay or overload. * There might be inadequate voltage. Measure the voltage across the common and run terminal on the compressor; it must not drop below 90% of the rated voltage. * There could be incorrect wiring. Refer to the wiring diagram and correct it. * The compressor might be malfunctioning. Replace the compressor.

Why is my lancer DELTA III 9100 Dispenser dispensing water only or syrup only?
    • J
      Joanna AlvarezAug 27, 2025
If your Lancer Dispenser is dispensing only water or only syrup, consider the following: * The BIB supply might be too far from the dispenser. Ensure the BIB supply is within six (6) feet of the dispenser. * The CO2 pressure might be too low. Check the CO2 pressure to the pump manifold to ensure it is between 70-80 PSI. * The BIB pump might be stalled or inoperative. Check the CO2 pressure and/or replace the pump. * There might be a kinked line. Remove the kink or replace the line.

What to do if my lancer DELTA III 9100 compressor starts and runs a short time, but shuts off on overload?
    • B
      Bryan JohnsonAug 28, 2025
If your Lancer Dispenser compressor starts and runs briefly before shutting off on overload, consider these potential causes: * The condenser might be dirty. Clean the condenser. * There may be insufficient or blocked airflow. Remove all obstructions and ensure minimum clearances of eight (8) inches (20.3 cm) over the top. * There could be inadequate voltage. Measure the voltage across the common and run terminal on the compressor, ensuring it doesn't drop below 90% of the rated voltage. * Incorrect wiring. Refer to the wiring diagram and correct it. * A defective condenser fan motor. Replace the condenser fan motor. * Refrigerant leak. Repair and recharge. * Compressor malfunctioning. Replace the compressor.

Why does the compressor on my lancer DELTA III 9100 start, but not switch off start winding?
    • C
      Chelsea GarciaAug 29, 2025
If the compressor on your Lancer Dispenser starts but doesn't switch off the start winding, running only for a few seconds before the internal overload switches it off, it could be due to: * Inadequate voltage. Measure the voltage across the common and run terminal on the compressor. * Incorrect wiring. Refer to the wiring diagram and correct it. * A malfunctioning starting relay. Replace the starting relay, ensuring you use the correct relay to prevent compressor failure.

What causes the BIB pump on my Lancer Dispenser to continue to operate when the bag is empty?
    • B
      Brandon GaySep 18, 2025
If the BIB pump continues to operate when the bag is empty on your Lancer Dispenser, it could be due to: * A leak in the suction line. Replace the line. * A leaking o-ring on the pump inlet fitting. Replace the o-ring.

Why does the BIB pump on my lancer DELTA III 9100 Dispenser fail to restart after bag replacement?
    • T
      Thomas ThompsonSep 22, 2025
If the BIB pump fails to restart after bag replacement on your Lancer Dispenser, it may be because: * The BIB connector is not on tight. Tighten the BIB connector. * The BIB connector is stopped up. Clean out or replace the BIB connector. * There are kinks in the syrup line. Straighten or replace the line.

Why is the water line frozen on my lancer DELTA III 9100 Dispenser even though the compressor runs normally?
    • W
      William RoseSep 8, 2025
If the compressor runs normally, but the water line is frozen on your Lancer Dispenser, consider the following: * Low water level in the water bath. Add water to the water bath until water runs out of the overflow into the drip tray. * Syrup in the water bath. Drain the water from the water bath and refill with clean water. * The water cage is out of position. Reposition the water cage. * Low refrigerant charge/slow refrigerant leak. Find and repair leak. Recharge system.

How to fix insufficient water flow in my lancer DELTA III 9100 Dispenser?
    • N
      Nathan MercerSep 4, 2025
Insufficient water flow in your Lancer Dispenser may be due to: * Insufficient incoming supply water pressure. Verify the incoming supply water pressure is a minimum of 25 PSI. * Foreign debris in the water pump. Remove the water pump strainer and clean it.
