Why is the soda flow insufficient in my lancer Dispenser?
    • M
      Michael CrosbyAug 25, 2025
If you're experiencing insufficient soda flow in your lancer Dispenser, it could be due to: 1. Insufficient CO supply pressure: Verify the incoming CO pressure is between 70 PSIG (0.483 MPA) and 80 PSIG (0.552 MPA). 2. The shutoff on the mounting block is not fully open: Ensure the shutoff is fully open. 3. Foreign debris in the soda flow control: Remove the soda flow control from the valve and clean out any foreign material to ensure smooth spool movement.

Why is there no product when I activate the switch on my lancer 4500 (switch panel is not lit)?
    • S
      summerscarlosSep 18, 2025
If there is no product when the switch is activated on your Lancer Dispenser and the switch panel is not lit, check the internal breaker and incoming power. Also, check the voltage to the power supply and check the fuses. If these are not the cause, you may have a malfunctioning switch assembly or PCB board, requiring replacement.

Why is there insufficient soda flow in my lancer 4500 Dispenser (carbonated drinks)?
    • R
      richardsonvictoriaSep 9, 2025
If your Lancer Dispenser has insufficient soda flow for carbonated drinks, first verify that the incoming CO2 pressure is between 70-75 PSI. Then, ensure the shutoff on the mounting block is fully open. If the problem persists, the soda flow control may have foreign debris; remove it from the valve and clean it. Finally, a defective LFCV module could be the cause, and you may need to replace it.

Why is the circuit breaker tripping on my lancer 4500?
    • D
      David WeberSep 13, 2025
If the circuit breaker is tripping on your Lancer Dispenser, detect a short by disconnecting valve harnesses from the switch panel (4 25-pin harnesses and 4 9-pin harnesses), then restore power. If the breaker doesn't trip, find and replace the shorted harness. If it still trips, reinstall the 8 harnesses and disconnect the white 5-pin harness from the controller PCB, then restore power again. If the breaker doesn't trip, replace the controller PCB. If it continues to trip, reinstall the white 5-pin harness and locate the short from a motor or solenoid harness and replace it. If the breaker still trips, disconnect all harnesses connected to the power supply and restore power. If it continues to trip, replace the power supply.

    • T
      Tim GriffinSep 4, 2025
If the BIB pump continues to run after the bag is empty in your lancer Dispenser, it could be due to: * Leak in suction line: Check the BIB connector, if still leaking then replace the line. * Leaking o-ring on pump inlet fitting: Replace the o-ring. * Defective syrup BIB pump: Replace the defective pump.

Why is my lancer 4500 Dispenser dispensing syrup and CO gas, but no water?
    • P
      Patricia GrayAug 29, 2025
If your lancer Dispenser is dispensing syrup and CO gas, but no water, consider the following possible causes: * Improper water flow to dispenser: Check for water flow to dispenser. * Carbonator pump motor has timed out: Reset by turning the unit OFF, then ON by using the circuit breaker on the power supply or momentarily unplugging unit. * Liquid level probe not connected properly to PCB: Check connections of liquid level probe to PCB assembly. * Defective PCB assembly: Replace PCB assembly. * Defective liquid level probe: Replace liquid level probe. * Weak or defective carbonator pump: Replace pump.
