5. Activate the hydraulics until the rear wheels lower, the decks raise, both outside decks
fold completely, and the hydraulic cylinders are fully retracted on the wing decks and
extended on the main frame.
6. Secure the safety cables.
7. The Articulator is now ready for transport.
8. Upon arriving at the work area, activate the hydraulics, lowering the Articulator. Lower the
decks until the hydraulic cylinders are fully extended on the wing decks and retracted on
the main frame. The cylinders on the outside two decks should be completely extended
and centered in the slots on the front decks (decks 1 and 3) to allow for proper deck flota-
tion.
9. Lower the tractor 3-point hitch, lowering the front of the Articulator to cut position.
