A. Insert the TF card into TF card slot of X-431Diagun main unit (for
details to see 3.1.2).
B. Connect one end of the USB cable② to the X-431Diagun main unit①,
and the other end to the USB port of the computer.
ActiveSync Drive Installation
You must install the ActiveSync drive program (You can download it from
www.x431.com
) when you perform the direct update, otherwise the
computer can not identify the X-431Diagun main unit. (Operating system:
Windows Me/2000/XP, Mac OS 9.x/Mac OS X or Linux 2.4.x)
ActiveSync Installation Procedure in Windows XP:
Startup Windows XP:
Connect the X-431Diagun main unit to the USB port of the computer through
a USB cable. Open the folder which stores the program, and double click the
icon "
" to install it. Now the system is preparing for the installation,
as shown below:
Install according to the Wizard, click "Next".
