warra nty in the event that any of the follo wing conditio ns

condition s, im proper storage , ex pos ure to
1.excessive moisture or dam pness, expo su re to
excessive temperat ure, unauthorized
modification,
unauthorized re pa i r (inc ludi ng
but not limited to use of unauthorized spare
part s in repairs),abuse , acci dents, Ac ts of Go d,
spillsof foodorliquids,improperinstallation
‐ You have not notified Lava of the defe ct in the
productduringtheap plicable warrantype riod.
‐ The prod uct serial no. code or the
accessories date
cod ehasbee nre m ov ed, defacedoraltered.
‐ The product hasbe en us ed with or co n nec ted to an
accessory (i) No t supplied by Lava or its
affili ates,( ii)Notfitforusewiththeprod uctor
(iii)Usedotherwisethaninma nnerintended.

batte ry enclosure have
been broke n or show n evidence of tem per i ng
or the product’s batte r y has bee n used in
equipment other than that for which it has
beenspec ifiedusa blebyLAVA.
‐ All plastic surfaces and all other exte rn al ly expo sed
par t that is scratched or dama ged due to
normaluse .
