The impedance values for 50Ω coupling are measured with a high precision digital
multimeter. The DMM is connected to the DSO in 4 wire configuration (input and sense),
allowing for accurate measurements. Check that the DMM used is measuring the 1 MΩ
inputs in at least a 3 MΩ range. If tested in a lower range some readings may not be
within specifications.
