HEATING : GAS BURNER

DISASSEMBLING THE GAS BURNER FOR
MAINTENANCE PURPOSES
Preliminary Safety Recommendations
- Isolate the unit using the main isolator switch.
- Close off the isolating gas valve located before the unit.
- Disconnect the Pipe-work. Do not discard the seals.
Disassembling the gas «burner support bar»
- Disconnect the Electrical Connector on the electric
connection board EF47
- Remove the two screws which hold the gas Bar in Place
-Carefully remove the gas « burner support bar » avoiding
any damages to the electrodes.
Disassembling the flue
- Electrically disconnect the fan and remove the screws
holding it in place.
-Take care not to loose any cage nuts in the smoke box.
ATTENTION: Check the correct position of the pressure
tube used by the extraction pressure switch.
Required Equipment List for maintenance Adjustment
and Start-up
- An accurate manometer from 0 to 3500 Pa (0 to 350
mbar): 0.1% full scale.
- A Multimeter with Ohmmeter and Micro-amps scale
- An Adjustable Spanner
- Tube Spanner Set: 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13.
- Flat spanner: 5, 7, 8 & 9
- Flat Screwdrivers diameter 3 and 4, Fillips n°1
- Vacuum cleaner
- Paint brush
