Usingthengerprintreader
Dependingonthemodel,yourcomputermighthaveangerprintreader.Fingerprintauthenticationcan
replaceyourWindowspassword.Inthisway,youcanlogontoyourcomputersimplyandsecurely.To
enablengerprintauthentication,enrollyourngerprintsrst.
Enrollingyourngerprint
Toenrollyourngerprints,dothefollowing:
1.StarttheLenovoFingerprintManagerprogram.ForinstructionsonhowtostarttheFingerprintManager

2.EntertheWindowspasswordasrequired.
3.Clicktheiconforthengerthatyouwanttoenroll,andconstantlyswipeyourcorrespondingnger
acrossthengerprintreaderuntiltheenrollmentcompletes.Formoreinformation,see“Swipingyour

4.ClickFinish.Yourngerprintisenrolledsuccessfully.
