1.FailuretologintheLenovoThinkServerRemoteManagement
Checkyourusernameandpassword.
2.FailuretogetconnectionwiththeLenovoThinkServerRemoteManagement.
Checkhardwareandmakesurethatthepowersupplyiscorrectlyconnectedtotheserver,onwhichthe
LenovoThinkServerRemoteManagementresides.Checkyournetworkconguration,suchastheIP
addressandrouter.
3.Uppercase/LowercaseonthekeyboardoutofSynch.
1)InthecaseofmovingthemousefromdesktoponthecontrolsidetotheremoteJAVAmenu,itis
recommendedtoclickthemouse,andwaitfor10~20secondsandthenentercharacters,soastoensure
thesynchronizedkeyboardsatbothsides.
2)Whenevertheuppercase/lowercaseisoutofsynch,itisrecommendedtoreturntothedesktopon
controlside,waitforabout20seconds,andthenmovethemousetotheremoteJAVAmenu.Clickthe
remotecontroldesktopandthenclicktheWindows/LinuxTerminalfewsecondslater.Hereyouwillndthe
synchisthusachieved.
3)Inthecaseoffailedsynchduetonetwork,itisrecommendedtoshifttheCapsLockkeyforcorrectinput.
