A maintenance concept adapted to the operang condions and the stresses to which the
brakes are subjected must be drawn up for every applicaon.

replace the brake aer clarifying the cause.
Remove dirt and parcles in the air gap between stator and armature
plate.

Check air gap (if required, re-adjust it)
Measure rotor thickness (if required, replace rotor)
Check for thermal damage of the armature plate or ange (tarnished in
dark blue)
Otherwise every six months
