Clearing stapler jams
3 Remove the jam. Clear all print media from the print media path of the drawer and printer.
4 Make sure the stack of print media is neat and aligned; otherwise, another jam may occur.
5 Close the door.
6 Allow a few seconds for the elevator to reach the top.
7 Press Go to resume printing.
Clearing stapler jams
A 28x Stapler Jam message indicates staples are jammed in the stapler. This requires removing
the staple cartridge holder from the printer.
