Check for any jammed paper and remove it.
4 Close the duplex unit upper cover.
5 Open the duplex unit lower cover.
6 Check for any jammed paper and remove it.
7 Close the duplex unit lower cover.
8 Remove the print cartridge and remove any jammed paper. (See Clearing 202 jams from the
print cartridge for help.)
9 Reinsert the print cartridge.
10 Close the top cover to clear the message.
