Cause Remedy
The EV drive mode is not available.
The reason the EV drive mode is not available (the vehicle is
idling, battery charge is low, vehicle speed is higher than the
EV drive mode operating speed range or accelerator pedal is
depressed too much) may be displayed.
Use the EV drive
mode when it be-
comes available.
"EV Mode Deactivated"
Cause Remedy
The EV drive mode is not available.
The reason the EV drive mode is not available (the
battery charge is low, vehicle speed is higher than the
EV drive mode operating speed range or accelerator
accelerator pedal is depressed too much) may be dis-
played.
Drive the vehicle for a
while before attempting
to turn on the EV drive
mode again.
"Charging Stopped Due to Pulled Charging Connector"
Cause
Remedy
● Charging connector is re-
moved while charging
● After the hybrid battery
(traction battery) is fully
charged, the charging con-
nector is removed while the
hybrid battery (traction bat-
tery) is being recharged
again because electricity-
consuming functions

have
been used and the remain-
ing charge is now reduced.
If the charging connector is disconnected during
charging, charging will be suspended. To contin-
ue charging, reconnect the charging connector.

Electricity is consumed when operating traction battery heater. Using My Room
Mode also consumes power.
