frequently used in the input window in
advance.

Text message
Text message centre
The number of the Text message
gateway is pre-loaded in your 3 handset
and you should not change this. If you
delete or change this by mistake contact
3 Customer Services for support.
Delivery report
Allows you to activate or deactivate
the report function. When this function
is activated, the network informs you
whether or not your message has been
delivered.
Validity period
Allows you to set the length of time
for which your text messages will be
stored at the Text message centre while
attempts are made to deliver them to
the recipient.
Message types
Text, Voice, Fax, X.400, Email
Usually, the type of message is set to Text.
You can convert your text into alternative
formats. Contact your service provider for
the availability of this function.
Character encoding
Auto/Default alphabet/ Unicode.
