Seat Rail
1. Place the cycle back on its feet and position the seat rail in front of the main frame.
Push together the connectors coming from the main frame with the connector coming
from the seat rail and slide the seat rail over the main frame.
Note: If you have trouble sliding the rail under the plastic cover loosen the phillips screw on
the cover.
2. Using the remaining four short 6 mm Dome Head Screws and four large washers hand
tighten two screws on the bottom of the seat rail and two screws on the side of the seat
rail through the holes in the plastic cover.
3. Using the four 5 mm Dome Head Screws and lock washers hand tighten the four screws
on the bottom of the seat rail in the back where the seat rail and frame meet.
4. Securely tighten all frame screws.
5. Install the round plugs into the side holes on the cup holder covers.
