3. Square Pattern
It can be selected or activated by touching the screen and the final or pre selection
type will display in the pattern display area. Its sub selection types are listed below:
 2 x 2
 3 x 3
 4 x 4
 5 x 5
Available parameter setting can be selected as follows:
- Spot size: 100-500μm
- Spacing: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 Ф (not available in 500μm)
- Rotation: 0 and 45 degree
