6. Arc Pattern
It can be selected or activated by touching the screen and type will display in the
pattern display area. Its sub selection type is listed below:
Triple Arc Rings
Double Arc Rings
Available parameter setting can be selected as follows:
- Spot size: 200-500μm
- Spacing: 1.0 / 2.0 Ф (only at 200 / 300μm spot size interval in triple arc pattern)
- Rotation: 0, 90, 180 and 270 degree
- Radius: 1500 (only at 200, 300, and 400μm spot size interval) / 2000μm (only at
200μm in spot size interval) in double arc pattern only
