This error occurs when an incorrect cable is connected to an expa nsion board in the T96, for example if a vacuum ga uge is connected to a DSC sensor
board. Power the unit off and make sure the correct acces sories a re connected to your control unit.
This error occurs when there is a fault with an acces sory (such as a vacuum gauge) tha t is connected to an expa nsion board on the T96 controller. If
you see this message, contact Linka m Scientific technical support.
This error occurs when there is an interna l problem with a connected LNP96. If you see this error, please contact Linkam Scientific technical support.
This error occurs when the T96 controller does not recognis e the identifier chip on the attached sta ge lead. Conta ct Linkam scientific technical
support if you see this message.
