8 Special Adjustments (for Service Personal only)
• Switch on the power switch 5.
Pay attention to the relevant safety regulations when working at
the open controller.
• For 250 ml product bottle, pay attention
to the correct position with respect to
the level sensor.
• Remove the plastic cap from the level
sensor.
• With an electrician’s screwdriver, find
the point at which the sensor switches
to the condition inactive. The yellow
LED extinguishes.
The correct adjustment is exactly the point when the sensor switches off.
Do not go beyond that point!
• Check this adjustment with a full bottle and an empty bottle again.
• Close the housing. Insert and carefully tighten the screws.
8.2 External Connection Empty Signal (only 97009)
As a factory setting, the controller analyzes the empty signal. As an additional possibility a
higher-ranking controller can analyze this signal. Therefore the low level sensor can be plugged
to the XS 1 interface. The connection cord XS 1 has to be split into two cables. One is to start
the controller via switch. The other is to connect to the higher-ranking controller to check the
outgoing empty signal.
• Switch the power switch 5 to position O
(OFF).
• Remove the screws and open the
housing, see section 8.1.
• Disconnect plug A and B.
• Remove the dongle from plug C and put
it on plug B.
• Connect plug A to C.
