the glass door, turn your clothing inside out or remove the heavy objects. They
could damage your laundry or the washing machine.
• Do not wash, rinse or spin water-proof sheets or clothing. These may cause
vibration or washing machine failure during spin-drying, which could lead to
injury, damage to the washing machine or damage due to water leaking.
• Be careful when draining hot water or any detergent from the drum.
• Do not dismantle, repair or modify the washing machine. The washing machine
could malfunction and cause a re or injury.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall
not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
• Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously
supervised.
• Do not touch the laundry inside the washing machine, until the drum has
completely stopped. Even if the drum is spinning at low speed it can cause an
injury. Take particular care of children in this respect.
• The appliance is to be connected to the water mains using the new hose-set
supplied. Old hose-sets should not be reused.
• The ventilation openings in the base of the washing machine must not be
obstructed by a carpet.
• Do not place heavy or wet items on top of the appliance.
• Never try to open the door forcefully. The door will unlock shortly after the end of
a cycle.
• Although every care has been taken to ensure this appliance has no burrs or
sharp edges, we recommend that you wear protective gloves when unpacking,
installing and moving this appliance. This will prevent any injury.
