Troubleshooting

problem persists, kindly reach out to our after-sales
service for further assistance.
Failure to Boot
󾗕If the device fails to boot, it may be due to low
battery voltage. Please recharge the battery and
try again.
No Sound from Headphones
󾗕Ensure that the volume knob is not set to the
minimum level. Adjust the headphone volume
accordingly.
󾗕Check if the headphones are damaged or
experiencing poor contact. Try using a different
pair of headphones.
󾗕If the music files have low volume levels,
increase the volume on the player.
Files on SD Card Cannot Be Seen
