Before operating a tractor with loader, ballast the tractor-loader combination so that a
minimum of 25 percent of the total weight is on the rear wheels and/or hitch, with the
rated load in the bucket.
The table below indicates the minimum ballast required to operate the loader at the maximum
rated lifting capacity.
